“Calypso”
is a 2003 16.2h bay Thoroughbred gelding who has easily moved up the levels in eventing to preliminary.
His jump form is near perfect every time and his smooth and consistent way
of going makes him very easy to jump and gallop. He does very well in the
dressage, too, with his striking markings and presence in the arena.
Calypso could move up the levels in eventing or would make an extremely
good hunter, jumper, or hunter derby horse. He is very careful. Very simple
to ride for an amateur or young rider starting out. He has no soundness
issues or vices, has great feet, and is very quiet in the barn. Turns out
alone or with a group. A rare find! $28k
